Yes, for the services we provide directly, we don’t require contracts—our clients stay because they’re happy, not because they’re locked in. For certain products like Microsoft 365 that require a term agreement, those contracts are between you and the manufacturer, not with us.

For managed service clients, we guarantee a response time of less than 1 hour for Professional plans and under 4 hours for Essential plans. Break-fix clients receive best-effort support. In many cases, our team responds even faster than our guaranteed SLAs.

Managed service clients have access to our user-friendly ticketing portal to submit and track support requests. You can also reach our help desk by phone or email, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Absolutely! While we resolve many issues remotely, we’re always happy to work with our clients in person whenever on-site service is needed.
